To access Hygrade Casting’s technical information, CAD file requirements and specifications and base-level pricing, we require new clients to first register and submit an application with us. Instant STL job uploader & job quoter system is coming soon.

We work exclusively with established jewellers, jewellery manufacturing workshops, and retail jewellery businesses at a strictly confidential level. A limited portion of our services may be extended to highly experienced private clients; access is a privilege granted by us, not an automatic entitlement, and is subject to approval.

Security Notice

For safety and security reasons, we do not keep, hold, or store bullion bars (gold, platinum, silver, palladium etc), minted coins, semi-finished or finished jewellery, gemstones/diamonds, or cash at our publicly listed address. This site is strictly for client wax drop-offs and administration only.

All visits to our public address are strictly by appointment. Photo ID and trade references are required for verification before any appointment can be confirmed. No visitors are permitted without prior approval under any circumstances (arriving unannounced will result in denied entry).

We operate strict security measures, including monitored alarms and CCTV. For confidentiality and safety, we do not disclose the locations of our casting operations.
